May 2005 - Two Australians moved to Tuscany where they planned to live for two years. Two weeks later their dogs, Snowy and Dermott, arrived. Seven years and a property purchase later, they're still here.
What a lovely delicate rose, Robyn! It almost looks as though it could be a "Pierre Ronsard".BeautifulRonell
It's so beautiful.. Roses are really difficult to get right, but you have managed to capture the fragility and the silky smooth texture of the petals. Great work, you truly have an eye for beauty!
I have to agree with the above comments. The leaves are quite beautiful!
THOSE LEAVES ARE DROP DEAD GORGEOUS and the rose, so delicate!!! LOVE the arches, too ... beautiful, beautiful!
Your roses are amazing. I really like the way you do the leaves--just beautiful with all their variance in color.I like the transparency of the glass too.

Wow! How GORGEOUS! Love everything about it; the subtle petals, the glass vase, and those wonderful leaves (must say also like the colour pencil version too!).Thanks also for visiting my blog and leaving lovely comments :)
The leaves are so accurate and the petals so tender. What a gorgeous aquarelle!
