I think I have finally finished my first half sheet watercolour. At times it seemed I was trying to cover something the size of a football field. I mentioned this to a local artist friend, saying I have no idea how I would ever handle a full sheet. She said 'Use bigger brushes!'

I suspect I will cut the remaining half sheet in two. I think a quarter sheet is quite enough at present!
I remember that feeling about the paper being huge, and then, when you've done even one painting on a full sheet, the quarter sheet seems so tiny! This is really lovely, Robyn, wonderful job.
Robyn, I know nothing about art. I'm just a simpleton. When I see something appealing, I say it as is. Now, regarding to your suggestion request, my comment may not help you a bit. But, may I say that this is a beautiful painting. My eyes get very happy seeing it :)
