I'm not very adventurous with mixed media - I will certainly try some oil pastels on monoprints in the near future and yes, maybe even gouache.

Florence was gorgeous but sadly too cold for sketching.Robyn Sinclairhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01663604160297996421noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14082946.post-89032870178119170192009-12-18T17:04:19.738+01:002009-12-18T17:04:19.738+01:00I love your experiments. It is labelled Papier Kraft 90 gms (very thin) and has 60 sheets of14.8cm x 21cms with a black cardboard cover with a little window in it. I've been searching for months for a sketchbook with brown paper and this is the first I've found - it will buckle with too much water though. It looks exactly like good old fashioned wrapping paper. Probably ideal for coloured pencil or pen - of course I wanted it for Gouache. I recently found a couple of other A4 size tinted recycled paper books which I think will be ideal for gouache. haven't got around to trying them yet.Robyn Sinclairhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01663604160297996421noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14082946.post-35990275826893720672009-12-07T15:20:16.765+01:002009-12-07T15:20:16.765+01:00I LOVE the gouasch one very much.
